Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Order data: name, email, billing details, what you bought, and the answers you provide at checkout (your tools, goals, deployment preference). Collected by Stripe on our behalf.
• Communications: emails you send to admin@marstudio.dev, admin@marstudio.dev, or messages in the chat widget on this site.
• Usage: standard server logs (IP, user agent, page paths) for security and analytics.

2. How we use it

• Deliver the product you bought (source code, documentation, customized setup).
• Provide 14 days of unlimited email support and respond to questions.
• Send transactional emails (receipts, delivery, follow-up).
• Improve the site, the catalog, and the chatbot.

3. Who we share it with

Only the processors required to run the business:

• Stripe: payment processing.
• Resend: outbound email delivery.
• Cloudflare: DNS, hosting infrastructure, email routing.
• Vercel: site hosting.
• Anthropic (Claude): generating your personalized README and powering the on-site chatbot. Your checkout intake answers are sent to Claude only to write the customized README that accompanies your order.

We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers.

4. How long we keep it

We retain order records as required by tax and accounting law (typically 7 years). Email communications are retained for as long as the relationship is active. You can request deletion of non-required records at any time.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing admin@marstudio.dev. We respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed for the site to function (session, security). No third-party tracking cookies, no analytics pixels, no ad cookies.

7. International transfers

Our processors store and process data in the United States and the European Union. By using the site you consent to these transfers.

8. Changes

If we materially change this policy, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top and, where reasonable, notify affected customers by email.
