Terms of Service

1. What we sell

MarStudio sells software products as one-time source-code purchases, custom-built software projects, and optional monthly support retainers. Pricing and delivery times are listed on the relevant product pages.

2. Delivery

Catalog products are delivered electronically (zip via email) typically within 24 hours of purchase, often within minutes. Custom builds are delivered per the timeline agreed in writing before the work starts. Delivery is to the email address you provide at checkout.

3. License

Upon delivery, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, modify, host, and deploy the source code for your own business purposes. You may not resell the code as-is or as a near-identical template. You may not pretend to be MarStudio.

4. Included support

Every catalog order includes 14 days of unlimited email support: setup questions, bug fixes, small additions, and clarifications to setup or documentation. After 14 days, ongoing maintenance is available via the optional retainer described on the product page.

5. Refunds

Because products are delivered electronically with full source code, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a product and it materially fails to match its description, contact admin@marstudio.dev within 14 days and we will work toward a fix or refund.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use any product or service from MarStudio to:

• Send unsolicited spam in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or similar laws.
• Scrape websites in violation of their terms of service or robots.txt.
• Build automation that harasses, defrauds, or harms third parties.
• Reverse-engineer payment systems or circumvent rate limits of third-party APIs.

7. Warranty disclaimer

Products are provided "as is" with no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do our best to ship working, audited code, but you are responsible for testing it in your environment before relying on it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarStudio's total liability for any claim related to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service in the prior 12 months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Punta del Este, Uruguay, unless otherwise required by law.
